Since 2012, A Hope and A Future, Inc., a team of 8 dedicated professionals, has been the beacon of hope for individuals and families struggling to fit into their community. We specialize in providing emotional healing and life skills training in a supportive environment. Our founder, Paul, a seasoned trauma therapist, saw a gap in services for the neurodivergent dealing with complex trauma and filled it with compassion and expertise. A Hope and A Future helps individuals and families respond more effectively to both developmental challenges and adverse life experiences by providing the skills training and counseling services needed to build a life worth living. A developmental challenge is a broad term to describe a disorder or condition that is pervasive during childhood development and continues into adulthood. Many people who struggle with developmental challenges don't feel that their lives are worth living. Additionally, people with these difficulties have likely experienced some form of abuse and need assistance in learning how find purpose for their lives, heal from the past and effectively respond to adverse life experiences.
